Again! Close your eyes. Listen. Again. Keep you eyes closed and take a deep breath and a full exhale. Full deep breaths, not the shallow breathing we often do. Eyes are closed. Again. What do you hear? I hear the sound of cars on a nearby highway and the rhythmical beat of a ceiling fan, a furnace just popped on and my wife’s laughter from her office. Again!
