Diet and Nutrition

Shouldn’t there be a “GOO” stick that you could consume two or three times a day to get all the nutritional value the body needs?

Exercise

Walking should be the only exercise required to maintain a healthy weight for optimal physical performance. The zero to 10,000 step plan!

Mental Health

A fifteen-minute “cat nap” a couple times a day to eliminate the unhealthy mental anguish that has accumulated since your last “cat nap”

Spiritual

A required five-minute time out twice a day to recognize and center our spiritual well being.

It is a start, now to invent the “GOO”!
